Members of the Brookings Rotary Club rolled up their sleeves this Earth Day to help care for their community and environment. Alongside several enthusiastic young helpers, Rotarians spent part of the day removing trash from the Edgebrook Golf Course shelter belt.

The cleanup effort not only helped beautify the area but also highlighted the importance of service, teamwork, and environmental stewardship. By working together, volunteers of all ages demonstrated how small acts of service can make a meaningful difference in the community.

The Brookings Rotary Club continues to exemplify Rotary’s commitment to service above self through projects that strengthen and improve the places we call home. Their Earth Day cleanup serves as a reminder that when many hands come together, great things can be accomplished.
