Rotary zone institutes were created to strengthen leadership within Rotary International by providing training and strategic planning for leaders across geographic zones. These institutes aim to prepare and inspire current and future governors, past governors, and other district leaders. They help clarify Rotary's strategic priorities, promote best practices, and encourage collaboration between districts. Additionally, the institutes offer a forum to assess the impact of Rotary projects and refine strategies to meet local community needs. We recently completed an institute at Prior Lake in Minnesota, and you'll soon hear from district 5610 Rotarians who attended.
