The “Multi-District Water Project Initiative” for our district is being called “Unite for Water” as a tribute to the 3-year Rotary International message “Unite for Good.” DGE Mike Gibson and DGN Jennifer Rollins are co-managing this project and will provide guidance and assistance. District Area Assistant Governors are being asked to take lead roles in helping our district meet with club leaders on the project.
This project is a multi-district, large scale project, that it is…5000 #Rotarians_in_Action! We want max participation on April 22 across 5 states and 4 districts to make a Public Image Splash as Rotarians Unite for Water!

To get our creative juices flowing, review this potential collaborating partner, MacroBlitz, on our website (rotary5610.org).  The leader of MacroBlitz lives in Pierre. The project is about testing natural water, taking pictures of the critters that live in the water (before it's treated and sanitized for human consumption) that points to the biodiversity of the natural water source and the health of the environment! Please let me know what you think of the article!

For more information talk with your AG or contact either one of us! We will be posting more information on the district website soon!
