Members of Sioux Falls Rotary South recently came together to make a difference in the lives of some of the community’s most vulnerable residents—four-legged ones included! In a heartfelt service project, Rotarians handcrafted blankets and delivered them to the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, ensuring comfort and warmth for animals awaiting their forever homes.
The project, which combined fellowship and service, exemplifies Rotary’s commitment to community impact. Club members gathered to assemble the blankets, sharing laughter and camaraderie while working toward a shared goal. Once completed, the blankets were delivered to the Humane Society, where they will provide much-needed warmth for animals in shelter care.
The Sioux Falls Area Humane Society expressed gratitude for the donation, noting that such contributions help create a more nurturing environment for the animals in their care.
