On November 29th, Rushmore Rotary led the Rapid City Parade of Lights as the Grand Marshal with our beautifully constructed Rotary Float!
The temperatures were freezing, but the excitement of the hard work and pride of so many coming together to create a masterpiece kept us all warm and joyful! (However, hand and toe warmers helped, too!). Our float won first place for Committee Choice - Non Profit!
