Members of the Rapid City Rotary Club recently demonstrated the Rotary spirit of service by volunteering at the annual “Empty Bowl” event. The event, sponsored by Volunteers of America (VOA) Northern Rockies, was held to raise critically needed funds for the Rapid City chapter.
The fundraiser helps support VOA’s life-changing programs that provide essential services to individuals and families in need throughout the community. From transitional housing to behavioral health support, these programs aim to uplift and empower our neighbors facing challenging circumstances.
By showing up as #PeopleOfAction, the Rapid City Rotarians contributed not only their time but also their compassion and energy—making a meaningful difference and strengthening the partnership between Rotary and local nonprofits working toward a better future.
