Fellow Rotarians, in recent months our club (RC of Pierre-Fort Pierre) faced a difficult situation where hurtful, inappropriate, irresponsible, (enter another or other adjectives here) words were exchanged among two (or more, whatever is correct) members of our club.
The situation escalated and leadership of our club decided to step in to diffuse. Not only to correct the course, but also to allow all club members to learn from the situation, the 4-way test was used. Despite the risk of being vulnerable, below is the presentation. We want you, all our fellow District 5610 Rotarians, to learn from our situation.
