• Be current on reporting from past grants and be current on Rotary dues • Have Foundation goals entered on Rotary Club Central • Watch grants training video • Take and pass grants quiz (A least one member per club) • Create a new project for your club that involves active participation by Rotary members • Fill out Grant Application (The online application includes uploading your most recent IRS Form 990 and Club MOU so make sure the person filling out the application has a copy of these documents to upload) Timeline for 2024 Grants Process- • July 31st- Deadline for 2024 Grant Applications • Committee Meets to make allocations and submits to RI (Mid August) • Rotary International Approves Grants- Around Sept 1st • Money sent to District and checks sent to clubs (Mid/Late September) • Projects Commence- Once check received from district If you have any questions, please email me at rotary5610grants@gmail.com or give me a call @ 507-456- 2482.
